Yassmin Abdel-Magied in damage control after “It’s OK to beat your wife” video

Hypocritical Islamic “feminist” Yassmin Abdel-Magied has taken to Twitter in an embarrassing attempt to cover up the video released by Hizb ut-Tahrir where two Islamic women defended the right for Muslim men to beat their wives.

In a 30 minute discussion filmed and uploaded to the Hizb ut-Tahrir Facebook page a Sydney primary school teacher, Reem Allouche, said it is permissible for Muslim MEN to beat their wives with sticks under the teachings of Muhammed.

The video has already received wide condemnation from people such as TODAY’s Ben Fordham saying “It’s assault, it’s illegal, it’s wrong”. However, it seems our beloved Islamic feminist Yassmin Abdel-Magied is trying to convince her Twitter followers that Islam does not condone violence against women in response to the Hizb ut-Tahrir video in a “Nothing to see here, move along” type fashion.

We all remember the fiery exchange between Yassmin Abdel Magied and Jacqui Lambie on Q&A where Yassmin described herself as feminist Muslim. One can’t help but think that incident has something to with that she has her tail between her legs at the moment amid the uproar that the video has caused.

Here are a few of Yassmin’s Tweets:

There were also tweets from Mariam Veiszadeh, another “feminist Muslim” who started an organisation call ‘Fact Check One Nation!’
